Violence

Burnt buses, bombed buildings, bomb blasts on stations, bus stops, in trains, on flight in an aeroplane-no place seems safe anymore. Every morning the newspaper at my doorstep reveals to me how greed, passion and misguidance have changed man; the peace-loving entity. Violence has created havoc throughout the world. In today’s world people live in fear of terrorism and with a haunting sense of insecurity. Every country has its own terrific misery where the lives of the natives are at stake. Mass destruction, loss of life and property and sometimes loss of a whole civilization is a threat to humanity.

Violence in an individual begins from the very self, to family and friends, and then to community. The life of every individual is affected by various unfavorable social situations or circumstances in life. It’s high time for us, the youth; the fiery and the hot blooded people, to stand up for our society and make this world a better place to live in. A safe and secure world has become an old story, a violent and insecure world has become today’s scene, and a better and brighter future is what we yearn and shall work for.
