n accordance to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, their Highnesses, Supreme Council Members, Rulers of the Emirates, the 8th edition of National Service Career Fair will be held under the generous patronage of the National Service Reserve Authority, and organized by INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions – a member of INDEX Holding.
National Service Career Fair acts as a bridge between National Service cadets and graduates and organizations from the government, semi-government and private sectors. Enabling the cadets and graduates to learn new skills, pursue further education and engage in the labor market while familiarizing themselves with the latest trends. These efforts go in line with supporting the vision of the wise leadership in the UAE towards the Emirati youth and their commitment to provide them with the best opportunities in moving up the career ladder to better serve their communities and country, and to be leaders in all economic, commercial, and educational fields. Furthermore, this exhibition supported the participating local and international organizations in achieving their Emiratisation objectives and targets.
National Service Cadets, Graduates and the People of this country are the Wise Leaderships Priority
- Support UAE National Service Program cadets to secure employment and education opportunities prior to completion of the program.
- Create a one-stop hub for National Service Program cadets and graduates to meet with organizations looking to engage with them under one roof.
- Open channels of communication between cadets and graduates of the National Service Program with the participating organizations in the exhibition from the public and private sectors.
- Provide work, training and educational opportunities for cadets and graduates in different sectors to further pursue their personal development.
- Support the Emiratisation program to increase the number of Emiratis in the job market and their contribution to the economy.
