To help this process, counsellors are required to be sensitive, patient, non-judgmental and accepting of individual differences.

Academic Entry Requirement

  • Grade 12 –Clear 12th standard in any stream with/without Psychology.
  • Graduation –Pursue B. A. (H) Psychology/Applied Psychology.
  • After Graduation –Pursue Masters in Psychology/Applied Psychology/Counselling Psychology or Pursue PG Diploma in Counselling and Guidance.
  • After post-graduation–Pursue Ph.D. for 2-3 years in the same discipline.
