Academic Entry Requirement

  • Grade 12 –Clear Class XII with Science Stream with Biology.
  • Graduation –Pursue B.Optom or Pursue B.Sc. Optometry or Pursue Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistance / Ophthalmic Technology.
  • After Graduation –Pursue M.Optom or Pursue M.Sc. or Pursue Post Graduate Diploma for 2 years OR B.Optom for 2 years.
  • After Post graduation –Pursue O.D (Doctorate in Optometry).

Professional Career

Optometrists are must be licensed before they are permissible to practice. The successful applicant will then complete career in diagnosing and treating vision problems and four year Doctor of Optometry degree program to prepare them for license.
